It would be quite arrogant from my side, that everything I have succeeded in fitness, has come only with my own efforts. Actually it has been my trainer, who gave final thoughts and plans, which boosted my performance and gave what I wanted.
My trainer was and will be in the future, when I need help and I hit a plateau in training, Marek Kalmus. Working with him has been always a pleasure and and results were amazing. First time I worked with him 7 years ago. below some pictures and video about back training, which we made together. He`s a bit bigger and stronger than me 🙂
Second time, when a had peak form year 2013, when our cooperation lasted almost a year.
